Definitions
"The Web Site" refers to Commercial-Property.co.uk
"The Company" refers to Hollywood Internet Ltd as owner & administratorr of the Web Site
"The Advertiser" refers to any company, firm or individual advertising property for sale or lease via the Web Site
"The Visitor" refers to any individual browsing The Web Site
The Website offers The Advertiser free property listings, together with an entry in the "Agency Directory" on an as-is basis.
The Advertiser does not require a login to The Website in order for its properties to be listed.
The Web Site will direct all potential proprty enquiries to The Advertiser by email and in addition, The Agent's direct telephone number will appear on The Website to facilitate such contact.
The Web Site shall attempt to include all property listings contained on The Agent's own web site automatically and will update such listings on a regular basis, normally at weekly intervals.
No warranty is implied or given and The Web Site shall be held harmless by The Advertiser in cases where the web service is not available for any reason whatsoever.
There is no relationship between The Advertiser and The Company. Advertisements are included on The Web Site at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company shall make every effort to ensure that advertisements published on the Web Site are current and accurate, but accepts no responsibility for the same.
The Visitor accepts that properties listed on The Website are copied from a variety of sources, usually The Advertiser's own web site and that therefore information provided cannot be relied upon to be accurate at all times.
The Company acknowledges that copyright of images & text provided in property listings displayed on the Web Site remains with the Advertiser.
The Visitor agrees to contact The Advertiser directly in order to make enquiries about any property listed on The Web Site, or to discuss services that might be offered by The Advertiser.
By making an enquiry to The Advertiser via one of the contact forms provided on The Website, or by registering as a user on The Website, The Visitor expressly agrees to joining the mailing list of The Web Site and receiving property updates or other related material by email. This includes, but may not be limited to information relevant to the commercial property market, as supplied by our sponsors.
PRIVACY
The Company takes the issue of Privacy very seriously and assures all users that information they may provide via various forms on the Web site will be used solely for the purposes stated.
When using our contact forms to make property enquiries, your contact information is sent directly to the named contact person stated in the property advertisement.
Commercial-Property.co.uk does not retain copies of contact form information sent in repsonse to property advertisements, other than name and email address, which is entered onto our database solely and exclusively to provide emailed copies of our Guide to Commercial Property, which is offered free of charge.
