The Advertiser who posts material is responsible for it and will indemnify the Web Site Owner against any damages or costs claimed by anyone who either has ownership or other rights over the materials posted or who is libelled or otherwise damaged by the content of the materials.

Advertisers and Users are expressly prohibited from adding hyperlinks, URLs or website and web page addresses to any part of the material published on the site. Any such material will be removed by the webmaster without notice.

We may suspend your access to the site without compensation if either:

you fail to make any due payments on the due date (for paid advertisements); or
you post material in contravention of these terms; or
you otherwise abuse the facilities available on the site

The Web Site Owner has no control over the materials posted on the site by Users and Advertisers and accepts no liability for them. You are expected to exercise your professional judgement in respect of materials posted by others and any reliance placed on the content of such materials is at your sole risk.

You are expected to recognise that access to any internet based service is subject to disruption for numerous reasons, many of which are beyond the control of the operator. For this reason you accept, by using the site, that the Web Site Owner has no liability for service failures unless such failures are wholly attributable to Hollywood Internet Ltd, in which case liability is limited, (in the case of paid inclusion) to the refund of the amounts you have paid for the specific postings which are affected on a pro-rata basis. Cancellation/refund policy

Free Listings

The Advertiser may request cancellation of their advertising account account at any time, after which time all content relating to the Advertiser's account, including property listings, will be irrecoverably deleted from the Web Site.

Featured Listings

No refund will be given should a request be made to remove any paid advertisement once it has appeared on commercial-property.co.uk for a period of 24 hours

Data Protection

Our use of personal information supplied by you when you use this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Control of site usage

We reserve the absolute right to deny individual users access to the system in any way and for any reason it thinks fit.

Commercial property listings may only be posted by established and legitimate commercial property sales and letings agents.

Direct advertisements from property owners or landlords are not permitted.

Serviced office rental accommodation advertisements are not permitted and will be removed by the webmaster.

Changes to the website

We may at any time make alterations to or cease publishing this website or any part of it.

Free Property Listings

Commercial property sales and lettings advertising is provided free of charge to suitably qualified advertisers at our sole discretion.

The Web Site Owner may refuse paid or free advertising from any individual or company without providing a reason.

Reciprocal Linking Policy

It is an absolute condition of our free property advertising package that all Advertisers include a hyperlink from the front page of their web site to their agency listing page on commercial-property.co.uk – unless such Advertiser does not have a web site of their own.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
